I strongly believe that the therapy process is more about helping the client access and develop their internal strengths to help them to become the best version of themselves possible. My goal is to work collaboratively and holistically in order to help clients thrive in their everyday lives and make the changes they desire to fully maximize their potential.
I incorporate an array of practices in therapy sessions such as: art therapy, behavioral modification strategies/management, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and strength based therapies as well as alternative practices such as energy work and meditation in order to help clients gain maximum benefit from the therapeutic process.
