  • Do you currently accept insurance?     

    • No, we currently do not take any insurance directly.

  • Do you provide a superbill?     

    • Yes. We currently provide them on a monthly basis. A superbill is an invoice that details services provided to a client. You can submit a superbill to your insurance for reimbursement. A superbill does not guarantee that you will be reimbursed. We are not responsible or liable for any superbills that are not reimbursed by your health insurance.

  • Do you offer a sliding scale fee?     

    • Yes. A sliding scale is a reduced cost of service per session. Sliding scale fees are assessed on a case by case basis and can be re-evaluated at any time during treatment. If requesting a sliding scale fee, then a client can not request a superbill for insurance reimbursement. Sliding scale spots are limited and may not always be available.

  • What is your cancellation policy?     

    • Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged the standard session fee. This is necessary because your session is held exclusively for you.
